場所は、昭和レトロで人気の谷中にある、「にゃんとも」さん。
今回は、着付け＆お茶体験に加え、てまり作家のFonMARI先生、刺繍作家のWaeo（ワェオ）先生ともコラボ🪡🌸

店先には素敵なハンドメイド作品。

しかーし、当日はなんと5月なのに30度超え…😱
そんな暑さの中、フランス、カナダ、韓国、ポーランド、エストニア、スペイン、そして北海道から来られた日本の方まで、色々な国の方が立ち寄ってくださいました✨
Cash Onlyと聞いて、超暑い中、ATMまで行って日本円を下ろし、戻ってきてくださった方も… 有り難すぎて、スタッフ一同、感涙😭
着付けやお茶体験の時間には、旅の話や母国のお話で大盛り上がり！
日本語、英語、フランス語、スペイン語、タイ語、韓国語など、いろんな言葉が飛び交う、とても素敵な時間になりました🌍💕
今回の体験が、「もっと日本を好きになるきっかけ」になっていたら幸せです🍵👘✨
🇬🇧✨We held our very first inbound cultural event!
The venue was “Nyantomo,” located in the nostalgic Showa-retro neighborhood of Yanaka.
This time, in addition to kimono dressing and tea ceremony experiences, we also collaborated with temari artist FonMARI and embroidery artist Waeo 🪡🌸
Beautiful handmade works were displayed at the storefront, adding even more charm and color to the event.
But… surprisingly, the temperature went above 30°C even though it was only May! 😱
Despite the intense heat, visitors from France, Canada, Korea, Poland, Estonia, Spain, and even Japanese guests from Hokkaido stopped by ✨
Some guests heard it was cash only, walked all the way to an ATM in the scorching heat, withdrew Japanese yen, and came back to join us…
We were so touched that the whole staff nearly cried 😭
During the kimono and tea experiences, everyone enthusiastically shared stories about their travels and home countries.
Japanese, English, French, Spanish, Thai, Korean, and many other languages filled the space, creating such a warm and wonderful atmosphere 🌍💕
We were also so happy to meet people who have visited Japan many times and those who studied Japanese before coming.
We would be truly happy if this experience became a small reason for everyone to love Japan even more.👘🍵✨
