2026/4/29 日本の古武道・居合道体験をしました！
夢想神伝流 教士七段の先生のご指導のもと、居合道を体験しました！ 今回は区内にお住まいの外国の方々と一緒に参加🌏 実は日本人の私自身も初めての体験で、とても貴重な時間に。 道着に着替え、 まずは正座して「礼」からスタート。 「礼に始まり、礼に終わる」——日本ならではの精神を学びました。 礼の作法ひとつにも意味があり、 左手→右手の順で手をつく理由は「身を守るため」。 動きの一つひとつに深い意味が込められていることに感動。 「初発刀」のデモンストレーションでは、 流れるような動きと「序破急」の美しさを体感✨ …でも、いざ自分でやってみると 刀を抜くだけでも一苦労😅 改めて、鍛錬の大切さを実感しました。 それでも練習を重ねるうちに、少しずつ形に…！ 最後は写真撮影をして、礼で締めくくり📸 型だけでなく、その背景にある精神まで学べた、とても貴重で楽しい体験でした✨ 6月には、日本語学校の留学生の方むけセッションを開催予定です！ ✨Iaido Experience – Traditional Japanese Martial Art✨ We had an amazing opportunity to experience Iaido, one of Japan’s traditional martial arts, under the guidance of a master (7th Dan, Muso Shinden-ryu).
